Wild Wild West
It doesn’t get much wilder than the rugged landscapes of Utah, and the possibilities for beautiful rides are endless!
Utah is full of spectacular, surreal landscapes and Antelope Island is particularly unique! This state park is home to hundreds of bison, who are rounded up each year in October and herded to their winter holding pens.
Volunteers on horseback assist each year in this roundup, coming from every corner of the country and the world, every riding level and discipline. Bring your horse and come join us in Utah for this spectacular event!
Bring your Own Horse
Riders bringing their own horses can arrive on Friday, October 25th and camp Friday and Saturday nights at the Fielding Garr Ranch, where the roundup will begin. You must provide your own camp setup for yourself and your horses, whether you have portable paddocks, high line, etc. Camping in either trailer or tent, but it is the end of October so it might be quite chilly! For this option you need only register for the event itself. Registration begins September 1st and you can access direct information about the event here.
