Join Cathy Woods, Creator of Body, Mind, Equine TM, Author of Yoga for Riders, and international presenter for a meaningful, all-inclusive retreat experience at White Stallion Ranch. Cathy is a longtime retreat leader and creates a safe, supportive, non-competitive environment for retreat participants to feel fully comfortable being their authentic selves!

White Stallion Ranch is a traditional dude ranch carefully blended with the service and amenities of a fine resort. Reconnect with nature while exploring postures and poses that improve your horsemanship, and learn mindfulness techniques to use around horses and in everyday life. Ride through the unspoiled desert, rugged mountains and cactus that have brought Hollywood filmmakers to the ranch for over 70 years. The True family welcomes you to the ranch that has been their home for over 55 years.

Horses

White Stallion Ranch owns one of the largest private herds of horses in Arizona. With so many to choose from, there’s a horse for everyone.

There are both fast and slow rides, half and full-day rides, rides into the mountains, rides with wine and cheese, and rides with beer and Cheetos.

Riding

All levels welcome, from beginners to advanced riders. The extensive riding program accommodates the experienced horse owner, the “first-time” rider and all riders in between.

Accompanying non-riders welcome as well.
