Land of Enchantment
New Mexico is truly the Land of Enchantment, chock full of riding adventures and horseback trips including the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, Albuquerque Wine Festival, Santa Fe Rodeo, Spanish Market, Indian Market, Equestrian Yoga, and so much more!
Yoga and Riding Retreats
Horses have carried us through history and have been our partners along the way. It's only natural that they accompany us in our journey of self discovery. By adding the equine element to yoga, riders learn to adjust to new situations with breath and suppleness, reevaluate the body cues to keep clear communication, and build a deeper connection to your horse. This discovery can be utilized to enhance your riding and your yoga practice.
